Loosen up to hold on to it

Sand, relationship, or a smile, hold it tight, and it slips, dies, or turns fake.

old and the very young

Observe an old person, holding a deep conversation with an infant. Both so absorbed, content, they truly get each other. While the middle aged person, running all over the place, looks utterly lost.

Only the fallen rise

While my son was balancing on the skateboard for the first time, he asked me, "ma, how do i move forward?", I said, bend your body, like you sit and that should push the skateboard forward, and that worked. Reminded me of the time I tried to fly a kite, it wasn't really going high, the best advise i got was to pull it back fast, and then let it go, voila! it flew high and kissed the clouds. In order to get the maximum stretch, you have to loosen your body in yoga. Nature's catapult law, pull back to move forward.
